How Darcy Louise Beauty started: Darcy travelled around America when she was 21, and back then Australia didn't have Mecca or Sephora yet, so she came home with an extra suitcase full of makeup and the rest is history!
Favourite part about working in bridal: Watching the bride's reaction when they see the finished result in the mirror. "Creating confidence for someone just feels amazing" Darcy says.
Coffee order: She doesn't drink coffee, her body hates caffeine but Darcy is a matcha girl! Coconut milk, vanilla, matcha.

Favourite way to spend a Sunday: Chilling with her boyfriend Jordy, walking their kelpie Roy, heading to the river in their ski boa,t or just a simple nibble platter and drinks at home.

Fun fact: Morgan lives in Keith on a sheep, cropping, and lucerne seed farm.
Favourite way to spend a Sunday: On the farm with her partner Jeremy, usually putting the dogs on the back of the ute, checking the sheep, and heading into town for a coffee. Sometimes followed by wood chopping and a roast.
How she knows Darcy: Darcy was two years above her at school. They didn’t really have much to do with one another until Morgan had her beauty studio in Mt Barker, where Darcy would do makeup from on weekends while she was first starting out.
Signature style: Morgan is a natural glam girl, with a glowy base and bronzy look.

Yes myself & bridal team travel to all bridal bookings, however there must be a minimum of four or more people/services. A call out fee from $50 is calculated based on kms traveled from Strathalbyn and back for all team members. We will only work from one location for any one booking. If more than one location is required, additional travel costs will occur and must be discussed at the time of quote.

Yes, to ensure that you feel beautiful, satisfied and confident with your hair, makeup or tan on your wedding day. A trial for the BRIDE ONLY IS REQUIRED for ALL services being used on the wedding day. In our experience, a trial is imperative for not only achieving the intended style, but getting to know your goals and the flow of your morning so it’s as streamlined, stress-free and fun as possible.

Yes I do. A 50% deposit is required for all beauty services & a $200 deposit is required for all bridal bookings to secure your date.

No I’m not. I style hair only. Kym is a hair dresser but doesn't take on any new clients, she also styles hair only for all bridal work like myself. If you wish to get your hair cut, coloured or washed for your hair style, please see your usual professional hair dresser before your appointment with us.
